We have a long established experience in setting up and operating outsourced project management and project implementation units in most regions of the world. In all cases we take into account the various and sometimes unique or specific aspects of each operation – whether they are cultural, financial, operational, managerial, procedural, or related to information systems or human resource issues. We always take the perspective of delivering value for money to our clients whilst ensuring that the operation runs smoothly and is aligned with the objectives of our customer and that it achieves the intended results.
In addition, we are frequently tasked with the preparation of tenders and tender dossiers - or with monitoring and supervising the implementation of third party contracts to ensure that they are in line with the contractual stipulations and conditions.
